Double Wall Spiral for Medium Pressure Systems    

The uses of Double Wall Spiral include acoustical and thermal applications. It can reduce radiated noise by 25 dB or more, compared to fiberglass duct board. ZEN's 1-inch insulation has a thermal conductance of 0.27 Btu/hr x sq. ft. x degree Fahrenheit.  

Double Wall Spiral and its associated fittings can be fabricated to any desired length and to a variety of configurations.  An inner metal liner assures that insulation cannot be eroded away by high air velocities in the HVAC system.
